DOMUS ART GALLERY IN COLLABORATION WITH OKUPA PRESENTS LIMINALITY By Petr Shevchenko

Light drops into the basement of Okupa from above, and

the room reads like an archaeological dig, rough and raw,

with Petr Shevchenko’s colorful paintings and sculptures

glowing inside it.

Waves of color are cut through by bursts of expressive

gesture, and the contrast between bright paint and rough

surfaces gives the exhibition its charge.

The light from above does the rest, turning the whole space

into something close to a ritual.
