LIVING ROOM PRESENTS: WE WERE ALWAYS HERE

Having recently relocated to a larger space, Living Room now functions not only as an exhibition venue, but also as a home for artists’ studios ~ a shared environment where works develop side by side and dialogue is built.

Bringing together the approaches of Nadja Geer, Nikoletta Georgakopoulou, Nikos Katsampanis, Audunn Kvaran, Maisie Maris, Daphnis Monastiriotis, Eirini Tiniakou, Ricardo Vitali, Vasilis Zarifopoulos, the exhibition presents a variety of voices shaped within and beyond the studio walls.

Part of a new collective of independent Athenian art spaces, this group show reflects that spirit of “free to express” and exchange. It brings together diverse voices that aim on digging what human experience is about: from the body in nature to the city’s vertical maze, from solitude to connection. It’s a raw and electric meditation on existing between worlds, our own and the Other’s.
