SYMPAN PRESENTS COSMIC THEATRE

In the industrial zone of Piraeus, Cosmic Theater transforms a renovated complex of former storage units into a luminous observatory where art and astronomy meet. 

Curated by Marilena Kranioti and Ektor Theoulakis, the site-specific series unfolds beneath an open courtyard “window to the sky”, aligning installations and performances with celestial events such as meteor showers, lunar eclipses and planetary alignments. 

The space, once industrial, now reborn as a site of contemplation and encounter, becomes a stage for artists, musicians and performers to respond to the rhythms of the cosmos. 

The result is a finely tuned dialogue between architecture and atmosphere, presence and distance, the earthly and the celestial.
