BERNIER/ELIADES PRESENTS THE ATHENS ALGORITHM BY CHARLES SANDISON

27.11.2025 - 23.01.2026

In The Athens Algorithm, Charles Sandison turns Athens into a circuit of thinking
light. His generative code behaves like a restless intelligence, reshaping language
in real time, mutating between logic and glitch, prophecy and error.
The atmosphere feels futuristic, but as if philosophy has been uploaded into a living
script. Ada Lovelace drifts through the work like a spark, a reminder that the first
dreams of computation were already emotional, intuitive, visionary.
Sandison’s installation asks whether algorithms are simply tools, or if they are
becoming the new myths through which we make sense of the world.
