Six young artists turn summer’s idleness into a working method.
Roma Gallery leans into August’s reputation as a month without
news, the pause that lets ordinary routines drop away and
something more inward surface in their place. Elina Karadima,
Elisavet Mandilara, Eleni Nikolalou, Panagiota Siakpa, Lia
Varsos and Antonis Vasilakis each bring their own reading of
space and time, existence treated less as a fixed subject than a
set of loose threads picked up mid-conversation. The show
plays out like a party in the loosest sense: philosophy handed
around casually, profound questions dressed down for the
season, everyone arriving at their own point in their own time.
